My son is delighted with his new gaming PC. He especially liked that he was able to spec it himself. The website was brilliant, clear and straightforward even for a non-techie like me (albeit with my 13yo very techie son beside me!) The turnaround time was much quicker than I expected.

Only downside was the delivery firm PCSpecialist used. They arrived earlier than the agreed date, were rough with the parcel and indeed we found fairly significant cosmetic damage to the corner of the pc case and a broken foot when we opened the packaging.

PC Specialist offered to collect, repair and return the PC - but by that stage the wee fella was champing at the bit to get using it. Just a bit of a shame for an item that did cost a lot of money to an ordinary family.

I spent a good deal of time researching and selecting the components for my computer. The process was very straightforward, and the information and compatability was very detailed and clear. It arrived within the timeframe. I am very happy with the service and communication probided by PC Specialist LTD.

PCSpecialist gave me advice and recommendations on a configuration that suited my usage and requirements to provide a quality PC.

I feel like PCSpecialist couldn’t have been more professional, they did a great job of building my PC and I’m extremely happy with the results.

Never had second doubts with PCS

This is the 3rd computer i have purchased from PCS. very happy with the service

i bought office student 2019 through pc specialist but they sent me with a trial of 365, i called up to complain and they said you need to email to complain, so i emailed to complain and they emailed me to say you need to call to complain...

well ive just had their sarcastic ten day 'is everything ok' email and guess what, ive still not go what i payed for. ive benn going around for a year advertising this firm to people i speak to that want new pc's and for what , for my next one to be like i bought it from currys.
i wouldnt mind but 4 blokes worked on it, they tell you on the tracking, how can 4 people all make the same mistake

I’m amazed everyone is saying how good they are. I’ve just spent almost £2k on a gaming pc for my sons birthday. It’s taken 3 weeks to arrive and it’s arrived faulty. Rubbish service and quality control. It arrived safe in good packaging but the testing phase clearly doesn’t happen. It’s going back. I’ll have to find another solution.

My third computer from this firm. Delivered on time. Kept up to date daily on build progress. Nice to be able to speak to someone in English in England when advice was needed about the build. Set up was a doddle even for somebody like myself who is not that computer literate. Highly recommended.

Very easy system to use to customise your own PC. Their system keeps you up to date with your order.

Sadly they hasn’t updated their system for the motherboard which meant that the one I wanted was discontinued. When I spoke to them on the phone they told me I’d have to wait and wouldn’t get priority even though it was their error and I’d already waited a week with them telling me the PC had been build and tested (even though that clearly wasn’t true as they didn’t have the board).

I explained I was a YouTuber and that I would be adding this to my review. They then said I will get priority and the order was done within 3 working days.

I've used the new laptop only once because of the extreme heat. But it seems very good. Earlier, I had a query about the estimated date of delivery and customer service (Michael) was extremely helpful. The laptop was delivered within the named times, in high-quality packaging. The instruction booklet was very clear. It's early days, but so far I'm very impressed.

as always an outstanding build i will never go elsewhere for my new pc build

This is my 5th PC from PC Specialist. As ever, it was a rewarding experience and this time I opted for some telephone advice as to what was best for my needs. PCS are always extremely helpful over he telephone.
I am very happy with my new PC, it is the quietest PC I have never heard!
Oh, for a new laptop . . .

Excellent service and clear instructions and your formation in the emails however a bit more clarity on the 5-7 days pre process as I didn’t see this anywhere and nearly missed the delivery during my week off.

I was very impressed with the service I received, my pc was ordered and built within 5 working days which was fantastic. The PC I ordered was a custom build and it has exceeded my expectations. You are informed of each step and who has built and tested the computer which I thought was brilliant.
Overall I would definitely use them again and in fact will be using them again to sort my nephew out with a PC.
